Wine Cellar
The cellars of our seventeenth-century house are an original historical gem, with larch wood and arches of ancient local stone, authentic furniture and unique pieces handed down by grandparents and uncles, which have transformed the Café Quinson into a place of magical friendliness and that have allowed us to get where we are today.
For us, wine is not just an accompaniment to a meal but a world to explore and fall in love with, a pleasure to be enjoyed in company and sip slowly.

Already from the doors of our cellar, you can breathe an air of history and ancient traditions and immerse yourself in a magical location, surrounded by a thousand elite bottles from all over the world. Ample space also for regional proposals and spirits of the highest quality to satisfy every desire.

The wine traditions of our land
Our love for the territory makes us proud to have one of the highest vines in Europebetween La Salle and Morgex. It is the Prié Blanc, an autochthonous white grape variety cultivated at an altitude between 900 and 1,200 metreson rocky and impervious terrain at the foot of Mont Blanc.. The Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is produced from this particular and resistant vine, a free-foot wine with a straw colour characterized by notes of mountain herbs and hay and a delicate aroma but with a marked acidity.
