We farm without ploughing, without chemical fertilizers, or pesticides, respecting natural rhythms and encouraging the soil’s own power of regeneration. The raised beds are designed to foster biodiversity and plant health, accompanied by natural mulch that shields the earth, preserves moisture, and nourishes microbial life.
In our garden, vegetables, flowers, aromatic herbs, and spontaneous plants coexist, shaping an environment that is resilient, beautiful, and abundant. Each element is chosen and arranged with care, in keeping with the principle of interspecies collaboration and the continuous renewal of the soil.
